Once an order has been delivered, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or is not working, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever happens first. No cancellations are allowed once the product has been dispatched.

Approved cancellations will see refunds processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account balance again.
2. Contact your credit card company (posting can sometimes be delayed).
3. Contact your bank to check their standard processing times.
